Naturally Raised!
It's that simple.
We raise food to feed our own children. We use no herbicides, no pesticides, no hormones, no antibiotic feeds, no commercial hog feed. Our livestock are out grazing our pastures in the warm months and get hay during the winter months. We also free feed them dairy from a small local cheese and butter maker plus we grow vegetables during the warm months to take them into the fall and winter. This produces delicious, wholesome, high quality pork as attested to by the testimonies of our white table chefs who buy our meat every week for their restaurants.
